Your mission is to increase efficiency of providing answers to users' request, while supporting bunq by building and optimizing our legal responses and processes in accordance with regulatory developments in our core countries.

Take ownership
As our Medior Legal Counsel, you will be taking ownership of:
Stay updated on upcoming regulations and apply them to the users’ benefit (product reviews) by finding legal solutions.
Handel special user circumstances and claims and disputes from third-parties, regulators or others.
Providing legal reviews and advice to other bunqers on different contracts and partnerships 📑
Requirements
You bring proven skills in handling legal claims and disputes – including litigation and regulatory procedures.
You have deep knowledge of the Dutch legal system & financial regulation – especially in relation to regulators such as DNB and AFM.
You present out-of-the-box solutions, and can take on an advisory role
You can put the users first, and take that approach along with an innovative mindset 🖇️
You are in the financial sector for a while now (Knowledge of fintech services and Kifid is a big plus ⭐️)
You hold a masters degree in law
Its a plus if you speak Dutch

＄ Gross monthly salary between €6,019 - €6,944 + 8% holiday allowance (paid out annually or monthly — your choice)
